Defender Series Diamond Security Screens
While most diamond grille screens are primarily intended as a visual deterrent, Barrierscreens has developed a range of 7mm diamond grille security screens that are strong enough to pass the rigors of Australian Standards testing. Our hard work and hours of research and development paid off in late 2009 when we had our Defender Series products independently tested to the Australian Standards and received a well-deserved pass.
Made from the finest heavy duty aluminium and stainless steel components, our Defender Series diamond security screens are an excellent home security solution and visual deterrent.
Prowler Proof HD10 Barrier Screens
When it comes to a welded security screen Barrierscreens recommends the trusted Prowler Proof brand. Prowler Proof is a welded diamond grille screen, proven to be up to 10 times stronger than other 7mm diamond screens in its class. Manufactured from extra heavy duty extruded aluminium, the diamond grille is robotically welded with double welds in each corner and every third contact point. Prowler Proof HD10 barrier screens are an ideal visual deterrent backed up by strength.
Riveted Diamond Grille Barrier Screens
While the riveted diamond grille barrier screen is our entry level barrier product, it is truly a cut above the rest. Solid research and development has resulted in a manufacturing process that ensures our customers receive a high quality yet cost effective product. We use only heavy duty extruded aluminium sections that allow the grille to be inserted 33% deeper into the frame than regular frames. This may not sound like much but it certainly makes a difference to the strength of your screens. Solid aluminium corner stakes and the finest stainless steel rivets strategically placed around the perimetre of the screen work to provide a sturdy, quality screen that will work to protect your home from an opportune burglary.
Customers please note, our riveted diamond grille barrier screens are an effective barrier and visual deterrent, however they are not designed to withstand a prolonged attack and are therefore not classified as a security product. If you’re looking the highest quality security screen, we recommend our Defender Series diamond security screens or SecureView stainless steel mesh screens.
